Advanced has been providing care in Texas for over 20 years. We are driven by the philosophy of commitment to our patients, leadership, and excellence. We recognize the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each person. Therefore, we strive to extend the highest level of courtesy and service to patients, families, and caregivers.

Advanced Hospice is an Excelin Health company. We are a Medicare Certified Hospice Agency, licensed by the state of Texas, and accredited by CHAP.

Our Services

Physician led care by the patient’s primary care physician and or our medical director
Medical supplies and equipment such as hospital bed, oxygen, incontinent supplies
Medications for pain management and symptom relief
Trained volunteers provide emotional support
Respite care to provide a break for caregivers and family
Counseling or grief support for the patient and their loved ones
Nurse visits to assess patient and modify the plan of care as needed
