Douglas Harper is a veteran of the post-acute health care industry with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles in business development and mergers and acquisitions across both private and public health care companies. Before joining Excelin Health, he served as the Vice President of Growth Development at AccentCare.

Harper holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Millsaps College.
